Ingredients:

  • 70g cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until no lumps remain

  2. Lightly grease a ramekin and add the mixture

  3. Microwave for 1 minute

  4. Cool for 5 minutes before cooling in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
