These tasty and juiciest chicken kabobs are ready in about 30 minutes. They are seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and sumac. It’s a simple flavor combination that works well with chicken.

If you don’t own a grill, or if it happens to be raining (or snowing!) outside, you can absolutely make chicken kabobs in the oven and enjoy a juicy and flavorful meal without ever firing up the grill.

  • 2 Large chicken breasts
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 Teaspoon ginger powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Sumac
  • ½ Teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp thick cream
  • Cherry tomato and salad leaves (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a rimmed broiler-safe baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder, sumac, greek yogurt and cream.
  3. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Add to the bowl and combine well with hands.
  4. Thread the coated chicken cubes on skewers. If you use wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes before using them to prevent them from burning.
  5. Bake the kabobs for 25 minutes. Switch the sides after 10 minutes
  6. Serve with cherry tomatoes and salad leaves.
