These 4-Ingredient Banana Oatmeal cookies are a perfect healthy, grab and go breakfast or after school snack. Made with just 4 healthy ingredients; oatmeal, bananas, shredded coconut and chocolate chips these delicious cookies are gluten-free, vegan, and easy to make.


  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 Quick Oats
  • Shredded Coconut 1 Tbsp
  • Chocolate Chips 1 Tbsp
  • Honey (Optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until they’re smooth and pureed.
  2. Add the oats and stir until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and shredded coconut or your favorite mix-ins, then stir again.
  4. Drop 1 ½ tablespoon portions of dough onto the baking sheet, use star shape to make star cookies.
  5. Bake the banana oatmeal cookies for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy.
