200g (7 oz) cups Brussels sprouts
220g (8 oz) halloumi cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
55g (2 oz) creme fraiche
Salt
Pepper

Sprouts and Halloumi

  1. Add Brussels sprouts to a bowl pour over olive oil and mix

  2. Season with salt and pepper and mix to coat Brussel sprouts

  3. Add halloumi cheese and mix

  4. Add everything to a baking sheet

  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°c turning everything after 15 minutes

Mustard Cream Sauce

  1. In a mini blender add creme fraiche, apple cider vinegar, whole grain mustard, and salt, and pepper

  2. Blend till well combined
