Ingredients
300 grams chicken breast, cut horizontally in 4-5 slices
3 Tablespoons (25 gram) Sun-dried Tomatoes
3 Tablespoons (30gram) Pesto sauce
4 Tablespoon shredded Mozzarella cheese
100 grams Cooking cream
1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, To Taste
Parsley for garnishing
Method

Cut chicken breast horizontally in 4-5 slices, Pound chicken pieces into an even thickness

Apply pesto sauce on the chicken pieces first then toppings of sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Roll chicken pieces and set aside.

Add 1/2 Tbsp olive oil and fry prepared chicken rolls for 3-4 minutes (turn sides in between) before adding cooking cream. Cook chicken in cooking cream for 7-8 minutes or when sauce thickens.

Garnish with parsley and serve
