230g Bacon
10g Butter
450g Chicken
salt and pepper
Romaine lettuce
110g Cherry Tomatoes

  1. Heat butter in a pan

  2. Fry the bacon in batches till it is crispy then set aside

  3. Mop up some fat from the pan if there is too much

  4. Add the chicken and fry off in the bacon fat
