Ingridients:
5 Chicken Wings
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp White Pepper
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Cumin Powder
3 Clove Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Fish Sauce (if sub, increase 2 tsp of salt instead) – go easy on fish sauce if your new, it can overpower easily
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Olive oil
Steps:
1. Cut the chicken wings into sections (drumettes and flaps), save wing tip for stocks
2. Marinate wings with ingredients, let chill in the fridge for 30 min or overnight
3. Air fry 350 for 30-45 mins occasionally turning. Cook until crispy.
