Cheeseburger casserole with jicama ‘fries’ and lemon aioli dipping sauce

Procedure:

Cheeseburger casserole: Dice 1 pound of bacon then In a pan par-fry, remove and set aside (Bacon will finish cooking in the baking process)

Season 2 pounds of ground chuck with 1T garlic and 1T onion powder,1T minced garlic,1T Worcestershire sauce,1t paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Brown beef then add 1 small diced onion until translucent. Set aside.

Whisk together 8 eggs,1/2 C heavy cream,1/4 cup sugar free ketchup,1/4 cup mustard,1T mustard and onion powder.

Combine egg mixture with you browned beef in a baking dish,top with cheese,bacon,and pickles.

Cover and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until egg are firm.

Garnish with parsley.

Jicama ‘fries’ Peel and slice jicama into desired length sticks toss in oil and season with salt,pepper,and paprika to taste. Lay them flat on a baking sheet without touching Bake at 350 for 20-25minutes Toss and bake for another 5 minutes

Lemon Aioli In a food processor Add 4 egg yolks 2 cloves minced garlic Zest 1 lemon 3/4 cup Mayo 1/4 cup mustard 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 apple cider vinegar Slowly emulsify 2 cups of canola oil Pour in oil no wider than a number 2 pencil Salt to taste (Optional: garnish with parsley)
