Keto Avocado toast bagels

Bagels:

2 Oz cream cheese

2 1/2 cup mozzarella

microwave for 2 minutes stirring 1/2 way

Add 1 egg

Add 1 1/2 cups almond flour

Add 1 tbsp baking powder

Mix well and knead until dough is well mixed.

Cut into 6 even pieces, roll each piece like a play-dough snake and met then ends (like a bagel)

Bake at 400 for 10-14 minutes.

Top with avocado (100g) (smushes with a bit of salt) Tomatoes (50g) Bacon Eggs your way! I like mine over easy.
