Ingredients:

  • 2 Sheets Cut Da Carbs
  • 12 oz Canned Chicken Breast
  • 1/3 cup Thai Peanut Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Celery
  • 1/4 cup Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup Sliced Onion
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Peanuts

 

Instructions:

  1. Pre Heat oven to 425 Degrees F.

  2. Place 2 sheets of cut da carb flatbread on a 1/2 sheet pan then brush with thai peanut sauce. Next add ypu thinly sliced toppings and cheese

  3. Bake for 8-12 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is melted
