Ingredients
50g ground psyllium husk powder
140g almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
240ml water
2 tsp cider vinegar
3 egg whites
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

In a large bowl add almond flour, ground psyllium husk powder, baking powder, sea salt and combine

Once well combined add the egg whites, cider vinegar, and whisk with a hand blender till well incorporated

Now slowly start to add the boiling water whilst still whisking with the hand blender

Whisk for around 30 seconds and then bring the bread mixture together with a spatula

Tip the bread dough onto a clean work surface and divide it into six.

Shape the dough into bread rolls and place onto a lined baking tray

Sprinkle with sesame seeds you can wet the bread a little to help them to stick.

Bake at 175°C for 60 minutes
