200g mozzarella cheese
28g cream cheese
350ml almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg


2 tsp flaxseed
1 tsp sesame seeds
½ tsp sea salt
1 egg

  1. In a bowl add mozzarella cheese, cream cheese and microwave for 30 seconds

  2. Bring out of the microwave and mix

  3. Repeat this process until both the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese are well combined

  4. Once fully melted and well combined in a separate bowl add the almond flour and baking powder and combine

  5. Now add the dry ingredients to the melted cheese mix

  6. Add the egg and mix till everything is well combined

  7. Divide into 4 balls and shape into bagels

  8. on a lined baking sheet add your bagels and brush with a beaten egg

  9. Add your bagel toppings

  10. Bake at 220°C for 15 minutes
