Keto Mozzarella Sticks <2g net carbs

Ingredients: •1/2-1 cup almond flour •1/2-1 cup parmesan cheese •string cheese •1 egg •paprika, parsley, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder & sea salt (season the breading)

Steps: -whisk egg in one bowl

-mix parmesan and almond flour in another separate bowl, add the seasonings in the dry mixture at this point

-coat the cheese sticks in egg first and then the breading, double coat them*

-freeze for 1 hr, then fry in oil at 350°F for 2-3 mins, rotating often
