As many of you know, there are many low carb / keto friendly snack replacements out there. Everyone loves their chips and other carb heavy snacks but these can be easily replaced by shopping around on amazon or even some local stores! Here we have a list of best low carb and keto friendly snacks you can stuff your pantry as well as your belly with!
Lets begin with some pork rinds which are number 1 on our list!
- Pork Rinds – zero carb but watch the amount you eat! They are fairly high calorie and high fat. They are a perfect snack for those on keto diet because they have 0 net carbs. They also are airy and crunchy making it a good potato chip replacement. Don’t forget that they are high in protein, around 8g per serving!
