250g Peanut butter
90g Erythritol
1 egg
(Optional) 1/2 Tsp Salt
(Optional) 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
Yields: 24 Cookies

To a bowl add Peanut butter, Erythritol, Egg, Salt, and Vanilla extract

Mix in the bowl till well combined

Make 24 dough balls and add them to a lined baking sheet

Flatten with your hand or a fork to desired thickness
