  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan. Let cool.
  3. Combine the butter and Lakanto sweetener with a mixer on low.
  4. Slowly add in the chocolate.
  5. Add in eggs, one at a time.
  6. Add the vanilla.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
  8. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Combine until incorporated.
  9. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  10. Using a small scoop, scoop cookie dough onto the baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
  11. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  12. Remove from oven and cool on a cooling rack.
