3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
73g Melted butter
176g Blanched almond flour
57g erythritol
2 tsp Baking powder
1/5 tsp Salt

Instructions

In a bowl add Greek yogurt, Eggs, Vanilla extract, Melted coconut oil and whisk till well combined

Add Blanched almonds, Granulated erythritol, Baking Powder and salt and combine until all lumps have gone
