Pan size: 17cm/6.5in x 10cm/4in x 6cm/2.5in Non-Stick 1lb loaf pan


2 Tbsp butter
110g Chopped Onions
200g sliced bacon
650g Ground Beef
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
55g Cheese
120Ml Heavy Cream

Keto Gravy

Leftover Meat Juice
300ml Heavy Cream

  1. In a frying pan heat butter and fry chopped onions till soft and set aside

  2. Line your tin with bacon and set it aside

  3. In a bowl add the ground beef fried onions, salt, dried oregano, ground black pepper, Heavy Cream, and cheese, and mix till well combined

  4. Add the mixture to your lined pan and wrap bacon around the top

  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 200°C

Keto Gravy

  1. Add the leftover meat juice, Heavy cream, and combine then simmer for 10-15 minutes till thickened
