1/2 C Coffee
220g Butter
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1 1/2C Unsweetened cocoa powder
1C Raw Earth Stevia & Monk fruit sugar free sweetener
1/2C Coconut Flour
1/2C Almond Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
.5 tsp Baking soda
4 Eggs
1C sugar Free choc drops ( I use Healtheries )
1C pecans chopped
Pre heat oven 150c grease Brownie pan with coconut oil .
1/ ( I have a machine so make 2 doable shot expresso shots ).
2/ Add butter melt in bowl
3 / add sugar free sweetener and vanilla essence , add eggs whisk .
4/ add sifted cocoa powder , soda and baking powder.
5/ fold through sifted coconut flour and Almond Flour .
6/ pour into dish , sprinkle top with chocolate and pecans and bake for 20-30 mins
Cut in 25 pieces /30g serve
