14g Coconut Flour
35g Cocoa Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Eggs
60g Keto Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
85g Erythritol
180g Peanut Butter
170g Chocolate Chips

  1. Add the Coconut Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Salt and mix to combine and set aside

  2. In a big bowl add Eggs, Keto Maple Syrup, Vanilla Extract, Erythritol, Peanut Butter and mix to combine

  3. Add dry ingredients to wet

  4. Mix to combine both the wet and dry ingredients

  5. Once combined add the Chocolate Chips and mix to combine

  6. Add to lined baking pan and flatten batter mix in the pan

  7. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
