4×4 inch Tin


96g Almond Flour
1/3 tsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 tbsp Flaxseed
2 Eggs
55g Melted Butter
60g Water

Yields: 6 Slices
Calories: 88.5
Carbs: 2.5g
Fat: 7.5g
Protein: 4g


  1. In a medium bowl add Almond Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and mix till well combined and set it aside

  2. In a large add Flaxseed, Water, Eggs, Melted Butter and mix with a whisk until lots of bubbles appear

  3. Now add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine

  4. Add the mix to a lined 4×4 inch Tin

  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C
