This is a super easy butter seared New Zealand ribeye steak with Chimichurri sauce recipe.
It is both Keto and low carb friendly!
Ingredients
• 400g ribeye steak
• 100g butter block
• Sea salt, coarse (few pinches)
• Peppercorn, crushed (few pinches)
• Rosemary (few pinches)
• ½ cup parsley
• 5 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp chili flake (optional)
• 2-3 tbsp red vinegar
Method

Add few pinches of salt and crushed peppercorn on each side of the steak and massage gently.

Throw butter block into pre heated pan (medium fire).

Sear steak for 3 minutes (medium heat) on each side or until golden brown. Add pinch of rosemary on each side before flipping.

Add parsley, garlic, pinch of sea salt, chili flake and red wine vinegar into bowl and mash until desired texture and consistency achieved.

Transfer steak from pan and serve on a cutting board or plate.

Top the steak with previously prepared Chimichurri sauce.
