Thaw 12 oz bag frozen cauliflower
2 T Country Crock Plant Butter
1.5 oz Parmela cheddar shreds, mixed into the cauliflower
1.5 oz So Delicious Mexican Blend Shreds sprinkled on top
5g nutritional yeast sprinkled on top.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375*F. Boil the cauliflower in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Mixed the drained cauliflower with the cheddar cheese. Pour into a small casserole dish and sprinkle with the blend cheese and nutritional yeast. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted through.
