For the Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Crushed Pork Rinds

  • Isopure Whey Protein (Unflavored)

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 chicken breast

  • Desired seasonings. I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, & Flavor God’s Italian seasoning.

Directions:

  1. Place your crushed pork grinds (add half of seasoning here), whey protein (add the remaining seasoning here), and Egg in three separate bowls.

  2. Preheat the air fryer at 400F while you coat the chicken (5 min) 3.Dust the chicken in the whey protein bowl, shaking off any excess powder. Then dip it into the egg mixture and let the excess liquid drip off. Lastly, place the chicken into the pork rinds bowl and lightly pack the mixture on.

  3. Pop these into an air fryer at 400F for 25-35 minutes (depending on chicken’s thickness). I personally check the internal temp of the chicken – it needs to be 165F
