Cook 3-5 strips of bacon, drain, and dice
Boil a whole cut up cauliflower
Drain
In a separate pot melt 4 oz of cream cheese and a little heavy cream
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne
Add cauliflower to pot and mix
Add in 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and bacon
Season to taste
Serve!
