Check out this recipe: chinese style cauliflower rice

Recipe:

  • 1 cup Cauliflower rice (season with furikake and a pickled plum)

  • 1 lbs Medium rare rib eye steak (1-1.5 inch thick) (Fry steak with olive oil and butter)

  • 1/2 cup Steamed Broccoli

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions:

  1. Microwave cauliflower rice for 2 minutes or until hot.

  2. Steam your broccoli in the microwave or the stove for 5 minutes.

  3. Season rib eye steak with salt and pepper. Cook rib eyes steak on a hot pan with olive oil for 3 minutes per side. Baste steak with melted butter for the last 2 minutes of the pan fry.

  4. Let steak rest for 5 minutes.

  5. Cut steak into thin slices.

  6. Build your bento.

  7. Enjoy!
