Here’s a fun and easy way to pack lunch for you weightlifters out there! 🍖 🥩 Yes, you can split this into two portions
Check out this recipe: chinese style cauliflower rice
1 cup Cauliflower rice (season with furikake and a pickled plum)
1 lbs Medium rare rib eye steak (1-1.5 inch thick) (Fry steak with olive oil and butter)
1/2 cup Steamed Broccoli
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Butter
Microwave cauliflower rice for 2 minutes or until hot.
Steam your broccoli in the microwave or the stove for 5 minutes.
Season rib eye steak with salt and pepper. Cook rib eyes steak on a hot pan with olive oil for 3 minutes per side. Baste steak with melted butter for the last 2 minutes of the pan fry.
Let steak rest for 5 minutes.
Cut steak into thin slices.
Build your bento.
