Ingredients:
1 cup jicama (sliced into fry shaped pieces)
Butter or oil for frying
Seasonings of choice .

Instructions:
1. Slice jicama into fry shaped pieces
2. Boil for 20 minutes (boiling makes them less crunchy)
3. Remove from water, put them in the pan with butter on medium high until they start to brown. (you can also air fry or deep fry them)

Looks good, but it would be a good idea to pat dry after taking them out of the water before putting them in the frying pan.
