15 min instant pot recipe
Instant pot crack chicken with cauliflower rice meal prep: 377 calories/ 18g fat/ 6g net carbs/ 46g protein per box
Ingredients

1.79lbs chicken breast

5oz cream cheese
-
1/2c chicken broth
-
2T garlic ranch powder
-
2t Italian seasoning
-
hot sauce to taste
-
109g shredded cheddar
-
28g shredded Parmesan

6 slices cooked crumbled bacon

7 sliced green onions
-
parsley
Directions

place chicken, broth, seasoning and cream cheese in instant pot, cook on high pressure 15 min.

remove chicken, let cool a bit and shred

whisk the cream cheese mixture left in the pot. Add the remaining ingredients except cauliflower rice and parsley, mix well. Add shredded chicken, divide between 5 containers with cauliflower rice. Sprinkle with parsley.
