Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup of jalapeños (pan fried)
- 2 chicken sausages
- 1 avocado
- 2 poached eggs
- El Yucateco Habanero Hot Sauce (or generous portion of your favorite hot sauce)
- Next time I’ll add in some tomatoes…
Instructions:
- Dice up sausages, add jalapeños and avocado. Lay eggs on top and sauce to perfection
- Perfect for any meal or maybe even a huge snack!
