Chicken Tacos


Recipe for cheese tacos:

Aprox 20g of full-fat chedder cheese per taco:

Place parchment on a plate, and place the cheese in a thin layer on the parchment paper. Heat on high (microwave) for 2-4 minutes, untill cheese is browning on the outside.

Quickly take cheese out the microwave using the parchment, and place between two jars so that the cheese forms a shape of a taco – Leave to hardern for about 2 minutes – Viola! Easy taco.

For meat (per taco)

Dice up half a chicken thigh into bitesize pieces, and fry on medium heat until well browned. Add 1/2 tsp Cumin, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika and mix. add lime juice to taste.

These tacos in total were aproximately 2.5 net carbs each (much of which came from Siracha). Very tasty – Wouldn’t know it wasn’t a real taco!
