Cereal (makes a few bowls)

3.5 cups of various nuts/coconut

.5 cup browned butter

2 tbsp fake sugar

2 tsp vanilla
-
2 tsp cinnamon
-
Salt
Combine and bake for 60 mins at 275 F.
Milk (for 1 bowl)

1 heaping scoop of protein powder, flavour of your choice
-
Cold water
For this batch I used
-
unsweetened shredded coconut
-
walnuts
-
pecans
You can pre-mix 1 bowl’s worth of cereal and protein powder. Just add water later!
