Ingredients:

  • 300g beef
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 5 dl homemade bone broth
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 100g spinach
  • 150g shirataki noodles
  • 50g bean sprouts
  • 1/2 fresh lime
  • Salt to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Fry the beef and spinach in some olive oil/butter and set aside.
  2. Boil 2 eggs for 6 minutes and cut in half.
  3. Bring the bonebroth to a boil and add shirataki noodles, chili flakes, fish sauce and ginger for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining veggies, spinach, and meat and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve with half a lime and the eggs.

** If you do not have homemade bone broth you can replace it with a boullion cube dissolved in 5 dl of boiling water.
