4 Slices Bacon
4 Slices Cheese
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Cook bacon first in the microwave, but do not overcook so it still stretchy and will bend when you put it in the ramekins.
Place a slice of bacon on each greased ramekins, crack and egg on each then salt and pepper to taste and then top with a slice of cheese.
Bake at 350 F preheated oven for 20-25 minutes depending on your preferred doneness of the eggs.
