Ingredients:
- egg yolk
- 180g of ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk
- A pinch of baking soda
- Sweetener of your choice (I added 2 tbsp)
- Butter for frying
- (Optional) I like to use vanilla extract everywhere so I added that too
Instructions:
Simply mix the batter and fry your syrniki on medium heat on each side. Enjoy!
I served them with ChocZero Maple Syrup – it’s really good, the texture is amazing, none of that runny and watery stuff.
