Macros: 

Protein – 19.26

Fat – 29.87

Carbs – 6.65

Ingredients:

  • egg yolk
  • 180g of ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • Sweetener of your choice (I added 2 tbsp)
  • Butter for frying
  • (Optional) I like to use vanilla extract everywhere so I added that too

Instructions:

Simply mix the batter and fry your syrniki on medium heat on each side. Enjoy!

I served them with ChocZero Maple Syrup – it’s really good, the texture is amazing, none of that runny and watery stuff.
