Ingredients:

Filling:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion
  • 180g/6-7oz cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup peas (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander ground
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala ground
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Ground chilli to taste

Instructions

Filling:

  1. Finely dice onion and sautee in butter-
  2. Once onion is caramelised add Ginger, Garlic, Cumin, Garam Masala, Chilli & Corriander then sautee for 30-60 seconds
  3. Add Cauliflower, Peas Water and Salt Sautee with lid on till Cauliflower has softened and water has evapourated.- Stir in cardamom and cracked pepper to your taste-
  4. Preheat over to 220c 430f

Dough:

  1. In a microwave safe bowl microwave cheese till melted and pliable thenknead in remaining ingredients, microwave for a few seconds asnescessary till the ingredients have been incorporated.

  3. Place on Baking tray and bake for 15-25 mins
