To make:

Preheat your broiler. Beat 2 eggs. Season with garlic salt. Butter a hot nonstick skillet, pour in your eggs, and rotate your pan so eggs coat the bottom. Allow to cook until almost solid, then carefully flip (if you can’t flip, just cook a little longer so egg is set completely). Brown on both sides.

Transfer your egg “crust” to a foil lined baking tray. Brush with pizza sauce of your choice (I didn’t have any so I mixed 1/2 tb tomato paste with water to thin and garlic powder). Top with shredded cheese – this was 85g worth. Sprinkle garlic powder (this gives it that Pizza Hut type taste), salt, pepper and Italian seasoning over your pie along with any toppings you’d like. I used kale pesto and torn fresh basil.

Put the pizza under your broiler until the cheese is browned and bubbly. Enjoy!
