In a frying pan heat butter and fry chopped onions till soft and set aside

Line your tin with bacon and set it aside

In a bowl add the ground beef fried onions, salt, dried oregano, ground black pepper, Heavy Cream, and cheese, and mix till well combined

Add the mixture to your lined pan and wrap bacon around the top

Bake for 45 minutes at 200°C

Add the leftover meat juice, Heavy cream, and combine then simmer for 10-15 minutes till thickened
