📋 INGREDIENTS:⁠

2–3 pounds chicken (tenders)⁠
Piri Piri Marinade:⁠
1/2 cup oil⁠
1/4 cup lemon juice⁠
2 tbsp white vinegar⁠
1 garlic cloves, minced⁠
1 teaspoon chili powder⁠
1 teaspoon paprika⁠
1 teaspoon cayenne⁠
1 teaspoon oregano⁠
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger⁠
1/2 teaspoon pepper⁠


👨🏽‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:⁠

1. In a large bowl, mix together marinade ingredients.⁠
2. Add chicken and toss until all the pieces are evenly coated. Cover & refrigerate minimum 30 minutes.⁠
3. Discard marinade and add chicken tenders to the air fryer (Amazon has one: https://amzn.to/2rn9Ljq). Turn air fryer to 380 degrees and cook 15 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook an additional 10-15 minutes.⁠
4. Serve!⁠
