Make a fat head dough

10 oz low moisture mozzarella

5 oz almond flour

1 oz cream cheese
-
1 egg
-
1 tsp baking powder
Melt cheese in microwave at 30 sec intervals stirring in between for 90 secs. Stir in egg when it’s melted. Add rest of ingredient and mix manually or with help of machine until dough forms.
Grab 4 hot dogs and throw them in microwave until they are around room temperature but not hot. ( this is important so your hot dogs don’t slow down the frying process)

In pan use enough oil to cover bottom side of square dog. Heat oil to 350f and monitor temp so it doesn’t go too high or low. Fry each side for about 1 min 45 seconds each until entire corn dog is brown.
