1 bag steamed cauliflower rice⁣⠀⁠
1 bag steamed broccoli (I steamed a fresh broccoli crown instead)⁣⠀⁠
1 jar Alfredo sauce⁣⠀⁠
1 lb shredded rotisserie chicken⁣⠀⁠
2 cups shredded cheese⁣⠀⁠
⁣Instruction: ⠀⁠
Mix together everything but the cheese in a 13×9 baking dish. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Optional: broil on high to crisp up the cheese right before serving (I like it better this way 😉)
