I used @ghughessugarfree Orange Ginger marinade as a sauce for the stir fry. You can find it at most Walmarts.
Here’s the recipe: ⤵️
- Add 2- 3 tablespoons of sauce to peeled and deveined shrimp and let sit for a few minutes.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the shrimp then cook, stirring occasionally until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
– Pour your sauce over top and stir to coat the shrimp and veggies. I used about 1/3 cup of sauce, but you can use more or less depending on how much stir fry you’re making and personal preference. I also like to add sriracha to the sauce for added heat.
