Enjoy Sunday mornings like you did pre-keto:
Recipe:
1 C almond flour.
2 tsp baking powder.
1 tsp xanthan gum.
4 T cold butter, diced.
1/4 cup heavy cream + 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.
1 egg.
Mix the vinegar and cream and let that thicken for a minute or two.
Preheat oven to 400F
Mix all your dry ingredients, then add the cream and egg. Scoop into about 1/4 cup portions. I got 6 out of it. Then bake for about 12 minutes.
For the sausage gravy, just brown 1/2 pound of sausage, wait for the grease to dry up a bit, then add 1/2 cup heavy cream and reduce a little. If its not thick enough for your taste add a LITTLE xanthan gum.
Pour on top of freshly baked biscuits and enjoy!
